Orders Outside of Switzerland

Our online store is currently available exclusively within Switzerland. For any orders or inquiries outside of Switzerland, please contact us via email to discuss possible payment and shipping options.

Payment

You can make purchases using credit or debit cards and digital wallets. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, UnionPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

The amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation. The Lo Studiolo Genève online shop displays prices and accepts payments in Swiss francs (CHF). Lo Studiolo product purchases are not subject to VAT.

Delivery Costs and Times

Shipping costs 20 CHF. Orders are shipped within 7 business days from the order date.

You may also collect your purchase in person at our boutique, free of charge, by appointment.

Shipments are made via FedEx courier. Delivery times account for business days only and do not include holidays; they are provided as estimates, and any delays due to the courier or third parties are beyond our control. Jewelry is delivered in its original packaging.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, enabling you to follow the package from the courier’s pickup.

Return Policy

We aim to ensure our customers enjoy complete satisfaction and peace of mind with their purchases.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more items within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will refund the amount paid for the returned items, minus shipping costs.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, reason for return, and personal contact details.

For the return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item either by sending it directly to our headquarters via FedEx or by bringing it to our boutique in person.
